2012 Radko Christmas Ornament - Fleur de Liberty “Fleur-de-Liberty” is eighth edition in the Kentucky Derby Festival’s Radko ornament series and features a red, white and blue color scheme on a silver fleur-de-lis design. A yellow ribbon adorns the ornament, with “ Louisville, Kentucky” and “2012 Derby Festival” painted on the side. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of “Fleur-de-Liberty” ornaments will be donated to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation for Medal of Honor recipient Sgt Dakota Meyer’s $1 Million Challenge to raise $1 million by the Foundation’s 50th anniversary on May 28, 2012. AKF$65.00		Christopher Radko Ornament Bell of Louisville (2007) #762 (Limited quantities produced) "Bell of Louisville" is a new limited edition Christopher Radko ornament, created to commemorate the 2007 Derby Festival. The collectible ornament is a holiday elf in the shape of a bell. The ornament is a whimsical nod to Louisville’s historic paddle-wheeler, which participates in the Derby Festival’s Great Steamboat Race each year. 2009 Derby Festival Collectors Ornament #761 Eight Belles Created to honor the memory of Eight Belles, the history-making filly who finished second in the 2008 Kentucky Derby. The “Eight Belles” ornament, which will be available in November, was created by the Christopher Radko Company, the acclaimed designers of ornaments for every holiday and special occasion on the calendar. Ten dollars from the sale of every ornament will be donated to the Eight Belles Memorial Fund, which was established by Thoroughbred Charities of America for continued research into racehorse injuries and the retraining of retired Thoroughbreds for secondary careers.
